The U.S. military enlistment contract does not inform the enlistee of (1) psychological peril that will not be compensated, (2) the international treaties to which the U.S. is a signatory party and govern warfare, including the Geneva Conventions and the Nuruemberg Principles, and (3) examples of specific rules of engagement. Thus, it would seem that the U.S. government could be sued for Fraud by Nondisclosure and related causes of action.
