World Can’t Wait is focusing on the major pillars of the Bush regime program that must be stopped by the actions of the people, no matter who the next president is. These are key areas on which we need to act, on which the Bush regime and the Democratic Party leadership’s complicity in continuing are vulnerable and by effecting, will spur the entire movement forward.
- stop a catastrophic war on Iran and end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan
- stop the torture state: hold torture memo author John Yoo accountable by having him fired from UC Berkeley law school, disbarred and prosecuted for war crimes
- stop military recruiting for unjust, illegal, immoral wars
The synergy generated in Denver, with you, has created unique opportunities to move this vital resistance movement forward now. We must seize the momentum those of us in Denver and across the nation who supported us before and during our protests in Denver generated.
