Counter-Protest the Anti-Abortion Activists

Anti-Abortion Activists are converging on Denver to Harass Women,
Threaten Abortion Providers & Push Their Agenda of NO birth control
& “fetal personhood” over Women’s Rights
 

Organized anti-abortion groups from around the U.S. are on Denver streets in trucks with pictures of still-born fetuses, in what they say will be eight days of defense of the “pre-born.”  Some of these leaders have encouraged and supported murders of abortion doctors and clinic workers in the 1990’s, organizing vicious campaigns to intimidate people in any way connected with women’s right to control their own bodies, free from tyranny of the government, the church, or family members.

They have managed to get an amendment to the Colorado constitution on the November ballot which would declare – in contradiction to all known science and logic – that legal “personhood” starts at conception.  The right of a woman to control her own body, including to use birth control would be gone.  We”ve been there before.  It was called the “Dark Ages”.

Is “hoping they will go away” or conciliating with their anti-woman agenda working?  NO! People who see where this is going need to raise oru voices now. Their message must be countered directly, with substance, courage, and reality.
