Voices for Impeachment: Video Available of Jan. 4 Event in Washington DC

Nearly 300 people came to the National Press Club in Washington DC Jan. 4 to hear “Voices for Impeachment”, a program organized by World Can’t Wait as part of activities taking place on the opening day of Congress demanding that Bush be impeached for war crimes.  Speakers at the event were Daniel Ellsberg, leaker of the Pentagon papers; Cindy Sheehan; John Nichols, The Nation; Michael Ratner, Center for Constitutional Rights*; Sunsara Taylor World Can’t Wait advisory board & writer for Revolution newspaper; with a special message from Gore Vidal (*organization for identification purposes only).
