We had 30-40 people which was pretty good for our town. The protest was at 5pm. WJAC TV channel 6 is the only media I saw that covered the event. We didn’t march because we had a really visible spot on Main Street, at the campus gates. I read the call to drive out the Bush regime a couple times. We invited people to join us – as it was a busy intersection.
A few people joined, many people did give peace signs and thumbs up – I could tell we made a big impression on many people passing by. As we were leaving some college students did show up and take over the space, with signs and banners… that was good. After the stand many us went to a showing of “Sir, No Sir” that our the State College Peace Center organized.
