Sacramento just held it’s first WCW rally and considering that we are just getting the Sacramento chapter started, and only had about two weeks of planning, we believe that the event was a success.
About 60-70 people turned out most brought drums, pot lids, and pans. There were a lot of large sings that said things like, ‘Drown out Bushes lies, No more lies, When bush lies people die!, We want our country back, Bush step down’ and so on. The passing rush hour traffic sounded horns and cheered from their car windows in support of the rally.
We did not experience any opposition.
