the national guard). Essentially, lock down the population, with health
services operating under the direction of Homeland Security.
What happened last time Homeland Security was put in charge of a
disaster? People in New Orleans were left to die for days, were
prevented by the military from evacuating, and then the national guard
was sent in with “shoot to kill” orders against so-called “looters”.
All this was particularly directed towards black people. Would you
trust a regime that is more concerned with furthering moves toward a
police state than with the lives of the people in the midst of a crisis?
