11/21 – Today’s Reason to drive out the Bush regime :
An Italian news
documetary title “Falluja: the hidden massacre” recently revealed
evidence that in Falluja, the US military has used white phosphorus, a
chemical that burns human flesh and is banned under international law. Watch the documentary yourself and see the horriffying reality of US occupation in Iraq.
What
makes this atrocity even worse is the government’s attempts to cover up
the truth. At first the State Department denied the use of white
phosphorus, accept to “to illuminate enemy positions at night, not at
enemy fighters.” Then it was revealed through 2 accounts from American
officers in military journals that white phosphorus had in fact been
directly used against “enemy combatants.” Your thinks its alright to
use chemical weapons against whoever they deem as an “enemy combatant.”
Furthermore, given the ugly and brutal US military attacks on Falluja
that killed countless civilians, how can we trust that white phosphorus
was not also used against civilians?
While there is more to learn
about this atrocity, and the continually changing story from the Bush
administration makes this all the more revealing, watching this
documentary alone is reason enough for the Bush regime to be driven
from power. We cannot sit by while these horrors are being commited
against the people of Iraq.
“Your government, on the basis of outrageous lies, is waging a
murderous and utterly illegitimate war in Iraq, with other countries in
their sights.”
