John Yoo, a key legal architect of the torture program erected during Bush-Cheney and still operating today, is teaching Constitutional Law at UC Berkeley Law this Fall.

Kurt Kuhwald. [Also endorsed by the National Lawyers Guild SF Chapter.]
Passed 6/7/10 by the Berkeley Peace and Justice Commission, this project will be voted on at City Council’s September 21 meeting. Please contact City Council members to inform them of your support, and please attend the meeting.

There is not enough space or time for me to show my disgust for John Yoo. The University runs a close second for employing his stinking ass. No one should be forced to take a class from this animal to learn shit let alone the Constitution.
