Terrible news came in when we learned of the bombing by drone of the ship “Conscience” in international waters off Malta. Part of the Gaza Freedom Flotilla, it was carrying humanitarian aid and was about to pick up passengers, including our dear friend Ann Wright, in Malta to head to Gaza.
