Khartoum Resistance Comm announced People’s Authority Charter uniting revolutionary forces, stipulates overthrow of the coup and accountability of those involved, cancellation of the Constitutional Declaration by Transitional Military Council and FFC, formation of Legislative Council restructuring security institutions, formation of a unified national army after dissolution, and integration of all state militias including RSF. It emphasizes a national economic programme that balances public debt and development based on mobilizing internal resources. It emphasized withdrawal of forces participating in the Yemen war.
