If we are to successfully drive out the Bush Regime, there
is an urgent need to bring Declare It Now: Wear Orange to millions of
people. Everyone who understands the danger of the Bush Regime’s
program and the necessity for resistance has the responsibility to
bring this to others. We have a moral obligation to do so.
Now is the time to share the Declare It Now Campaign with our
friends, family, neighbors, classmates, and colleagues, to take the
opportunity to inform them about the spreading of orange as a way to
publicly declare their sentiments, to seize the moral high ground and
to show collective determination in bringing the heinous crimes of Bush
and Cheney to a halt NOW by driving out the regime.
The current political atmosphere is
marked by a strong sense of paralysis and despair; it is on us to
transform it into one of massive mobilization and hope in the power of
people acting independently to change the direction in which this
society is being led.
The Declare It Now campaign has the potential to do just that. But too many people still don’t know about it.
The world needs campuses to become epicenters of orange uprisings whose impact fans out society-wide; we know to do this World Can’t Wait needs to send youth organizers to educate and inspire campuses across the nation. Reaching our youth is critical; without a movement emanating from young people, there will be no driving out the Bush Regime.
We need to be doing mass advertising and outreach to high school and college students, accompanied with a re-vamped web site that is engaging and acts as a vehicle for strong exposure and strategized organizing. Furthermore, World Can’t Wait needs to produce thousands of organizers kits along with Internet ads on progressive blogs and a cohesive radio campaign.
This all needs to happen in the next month in order to bring many
more people into Declare It Now so that it can snowball and our
message, the message of the people, can reach out even further.
Reaching our goal of $100,000 in one month will only be
possible if people like you sign up to be a host right now and

they will continue to go if not removed immediately.
