The links below leads to two very interesting reports on the
failure to provide water to the people of Iraq. Although these reports were first published
in 2004, unfortunately the situation remains the same today. A fundamental human right continues to be
denied. Under Article 14 of the Second
Protocol of the Geneva Conventions it is illegal to shut off life-sustaining
water to civilian populations.
Bechtel is playing an important role in Iraq, as it is
in water privatization around the globe.

right now are forced to sit idly be, Bechtel is establishing corporate dominion
