World Can't Wait at The US Social Forum in Detroit Next Week

June 22-26 World Can't Wait will be at the United States Social Forum where thousands of activists from all over the country will be converging to discuss how to make a better world.  Help at the World Can't Wait table, tent, one of the workshops below, or at the People's Movement Assembly against the war, where Elaine Brower will be joining the panel discussion.  We're building a movement to STOP the crimes of our government and the fascist direction of US society, and we want to reach thousands. Call or email right away if you can help.

Today, The New York Review of Books, carrying our full page ad, will start to appear in mail boxes. It will be on newsstands on the 13th. Some have asked why we chose this publication to start with.

As the Review’s website states: "With a worldwide circulation of over 135,000, The New York Review of Books has established itself, in Esquire's words, as 'the premier literary-intellectual magazine in the English language.'"

We will be reaching academics, intellectuals, and thinking people concerned about humanity across the country and around the world with this ad.

Main Calls to Action

World Can't Wait mobilizes people living in the United States to stand up and stop war on the world, repression and torture carried out by the US government. We take action, regardless of which political party holds power, to expose the crimes of our government, from war crimes to systematic mass incarceration, and to put humanity and the planet first.
